Joining a group practice is a great way to learn from others. You will find that everyone in a company practice has a role. It may take a few weeks or even two or three months to fit in, but most employers understand that there is a learning curve. At some group practices there is a hierarchy; those with more experience are at the top of the ladder. It's ideal to establish working relationships with everyone at your new job and to show everyone that you are eager to be a part of the team.
