Tarragon Mustard Slather

Try slathering this mixture on fish fillets to cook on the grill. Or slather it on a burger bun with a little cranberry conserve for a divine venison burger.

In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Yields about 1 cup

½ cup country-style Dijon mustard

¼ cup white wine vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

2 teaspoons fresh tarragon, snipped

Kosher salt and white pepper to taste
