Ginger-Soy Marinade and Dressing

Delicious marinade for meat, birds, or fish. Reserve some of the marinade to drizzle over a salad of mixed greens topped with sliced tenderloin or fish.

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar and secure the lid. Shake to mix well. Keeps in the refrigerator for 1 week.

  • Marinate fish for 30 minutes and meat for 1 to 4 hours.

Yields 1½ cups

½ cup orange juice

½ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons gingerroot, grated

2 tablespoons dark honey
