Colorful Vegetable and Fruit Dishes
Eye appeal can be as important as the flavor of a dish. In fact, the look of a dish is often enhanced by adding colorful ingredients. A dish with red, green, and yellow peppers looks great and has a dimension of sweetness with the variety of peppers, each with it's own subtle differences. The same goes with apples — an array of colors looks great, and each variety of apple has a different texture as well as taste.
