Grilled Flatbread with Aromatic Cilantro Spice Sauce
Lightly brush flatbread with olive oil and set aside.
In a food processor, combine cilantro, garlic, caraway, cumin, and cardamom. Blend until smooth.
Add the red pepper, jalapeno, and olive oil. Pulse to coarsely chop the peppers, and season with the salt and pepper. Set aside.
Prepare a hot fire in a grill. Grill flatbread for about 2 or 3 minutes per side, until warmed and browned.
Serve flatbread with sauce and wild game of choice.
