Cranberry Turkey Salad Sandwich
A whole-wheat croissant, celery, and dried cranberries add fiber to a plain turkey sandwich in this recipe.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
- ½ cup diced smoked turkey
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon diced celery
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 whole-wheat croissant leaf lettuce
Combine the smoked turkey, mayonnaise, celery, and cranberries.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the croissant in half horizontally, lay the lettuce on the bottom, and top it with the turkey salad.
Put the top of the croissant on and cut the sandwich in half.
