Sample Weekly Schedule
During the countdown phase of your training, focus on maintenance and avoid any undue pressure on yourself. If you've done the work in prior months, now you can keep up the good work with a minimal amount of working out. It's not necessary to overdo it.
To give you an idea of how these busy bride workouts fit together into a weekly program, Table 16-4 shows a sample schedule.

This sample weekly schedule is based on the assumption that you're busy with pre-wedding events and planning and your workouts need to fit in as easily and smoothly as possible.
