Olive Oil — Beyond Italy

Who buys Greek olive oil? It used to be an ethnic question. People in the Greek neighborhood bought Greek olive oil. It wasn't even in some top stores. It was very snobbish. That's silly. Any place can be proud of carrying XVs from Greece and Spain. Personally, I use Greek at home. It really tastes olive-y — really, really good, and so reasonable you can fry in it; bottles at $5 to $7 are still common.
