Create Your Own Warm Salad

On chilly autumn and winter nights, warm salads are an elegant and delicious way to start a meal. Using the same method as described in the Warm Spinach Salad with Potatoes, Red Onions, and Kalamata Olives, try your own variations, substituting items from the following chart. In place of the spinach, choose a green from Column A. Instead of the potatoes, choose a vegetable from Column B, and replace the olives with an ingredient from Column C.
