Artichoke Dip

A delicious dip that will surely be a hit at your next party!

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8

  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) quartered artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 green pepper, chopped finely
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • White pepper
  • 1 pound grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients except ¼ of the Parmesan cheese.

  3. Spread into a 9″ × 9″ baking dish or 1½-quart casserole dish, sprinkle remaining Parmesan over the top, and bake 45 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Serve with crackers or bread.
