As is obvious by the incredibly rich history of vampiric cinema, there's little public interest in sending silver screen vampires to an early grave. The same also applies to the television medium, where scores of bloodsucking bad boys and bombshells have clawed their way out of their crypts and into our homes. And while made-for-tv vamps have always been around, it wasn't until the last two decades that they've begun to gain an immortal following.
