Located in Cagliari, the Ristorante Cocus offers a traditional menu as well as multiple prix fixe options that range from about 30 apiece. The traditional menu is heavy on fish and seafood, but there are enough meat dishes available to keep any serious carnivores content.
Angedras

This waterfront restaurant in Alghero offers elegantly presented fish and more, with outdoor tables that overlook a waterfront promenade. There are prix fixe menus along with à la carte offerings, and the soothing, upscale interior is a nice break for the senses of any weary or overburdened traveler.
Andreini

Also in Alghero, Andreini is a Michelin-reviewed eatery with a menu that includes pasta, fish, meat — and a tasting menu if you want to try them all. Dishes are simple in terms of ingredients and bursting with complexity in terms of flavor. The wine list is not primarily regional, but instead is regularly rearranged to accompany the specials from the chef.
