Little Disciples
Teaching little disciples is a long, slow process. They have little experience on which to build, and their language skills prevent them from understanding much of what is said to them. In addition, their memory skills are so poor that they forget much of what they've been taught from moment to moment and from day to day. Finally, they lack the intellectual skills to use what they learn in one situation to guide their behavior in another.
When it comes to disciplining toddlers, patience and repetition are the teacher's most important attributes!
