Cashew-Garlic Ranch Dressing

The combination of cashews and garlic is wonderful and makes a delicious addition to any salad.

INGREDIENTS | 8 SERVINGS

  • ⅛ cup unsalted cashew butter
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon stone-ground mustard
  • 1½ tablespoons chili sauce
  • ½ teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon tamari sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1½ teaspoons honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  1. Process the cashew butter and water together in a blender or food processor until creamy.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
