Cashew-Garlic Ranch Dressing
The combination of cashews and garlic is wonderful and makes a delicious addition to any salad.
INGREDIENTS | 8 SERVINGS
- ⅛ cup unsalted cashew butter
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon stone-ground mustard
- 1½ tablespoons chili sauce
- ½ teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon tamari sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1½ teaspoons honey
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Process the cashew butter and water together in a blender or food processor until creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
