Italian Cheese Plate
Pecorino Romano is a hard sheep's-milk cheese and provolone is a semihard cow's-milk cheese.
SERVES 4
Crumble the Pecorino Romano into bite-size chunks and cut the provolone into cubes. Put the cheeses onto a platter.
Arrange the sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, prunes, and walnuts on the platter.
Cut the focaccia into sticks and put in a basket to serve with the cheese plate.
