Jamaican Cider
This drink of rum and cider can be served hot or cold. For the hot version, omit the ginger ale and heat and serve it in a mug with the cinnamon stick.
SERVES 1
Fill a cocktail shaker ¼ full with ice.
Pour the apple cider and rum into the cocktail shaker and shake.
Strain the drink into a glass.
Pour the ginger ale into the glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
