Blood Orange Mimosa

This is the perfect accompaniment to a tapas brunch.

SERVES 1

2 ounces blood orange juice, chilled

3 ounces champagne or sparkling wine, chilled

  • Pour the blood orange juice into a champagne flute.

  • Add the sparkling wine to the juice and serve.

Mimosa . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

A mimosa is normally made with regular orange juice, but you can try it with tangerine juice for a tangy change.
