Simultaneous Orgasms
A lot of couples strive to have simultaneous orgasms — meaning, when both partners climax at the same time (sometimes also called matching orgasms). While this is great when it happens, some people feel it is overrated — and in fact, it can end up having a negative effect because couples can get so preoccupied with one partner trying to “catch up” to the other that the experience falls short. Many couples find it is easier to achieve simultaneous orgasms after they have been together for a while, when they have become familiar with their partner's signs of impending climax and have developed a knack for getting in sync with each other's rhythm. Still, it is advisable not to obsess over pursuing this goal, or you will surely miss out on some potentially great sexual moments.
