Toys and Their Role in Tantra
Some people incorrectly assume that sex toys may be discouraged or looked down upon by Tantra teachers and gurus. In fact, it is just the opposite. Tantra welcomes anything that helps a couple enrich their sex life and strengthen their intimate bond. The only caveat would be that the couple needs to make sure they do not become too focused on the toys and props, to the point where these things distract from the couple's sensual and spiritual connection, rather than enhancing it.
If one partner is strongly opposed to the use of sex toys in the bedroom and the other person exerts pressure on her or ignores her feelings, this may actually end up hurting the relationship. It is better to be patient and wait until your partner is ready to take this step.
