You have already tried — and possibly even mastered — the basic standard positions. Now that you are ready to move on to something a little more unusual, you might want to give some of these more esoteric positions a try. These are not Kama Sutra positions. They are simply positions discovered by some really creative and adventurous people.

Amazon Position

In this position, the man lies flat on the bed and brings his knees up toward his chest. The woman then squats on top of him, lowering herself onto his penis. This can be a physically tiring position for the woman, and usually cannot be sustained for very long.

Twin Serpents

The woman lies on her back and the man lies on top of her, facing her feet. He enters her, and she can then wrap her legs up around his back to help maintain the position.

The Criss-Cross

This can also be thought of as a diagonal missionary position, or a sideways man-on-top. The woman lies flat on her back with the man above, positioned diagonally across her. Because the man is entering her on an angle, this can provide for new and interesting sensations. However, this position does not allow for a lot of thrusting or movement, and it can be challenging to maintain.
