Cabbage Salad with Toasted Sesame Seeds by Nancy T. Maar
Try this instead of coleslaw or as a side to any Asian meal. It tastes great with lobster or shrimp.

1 cup Basic Mayonnaise (page 238)
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seed Oil (page 238)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 head Napa cabbage, cored, rinsed, drained, and shredded
Whisk the first 5 ingredients together in a small bowl.
Fill a big bowl with cabbage, pour dressing over it, toss, and serve.
