Italian-Style Baby Pork Balls
You can make these for a cocktail party or a snack on game night. They also make a good family meal served with pasta or mashed potatoes.

Heat the oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Mix all of the rest of the ingredients together and roll into marble-sized balls, about 1″ in diameter.
Fry the meatballs, turning constantly to brown evenly, about 5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
