Baked Stuffed Apples

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Using an apple corer or a grapefruit spoon, carve a channel down the center of each apple, leaving a base at the bottom to prevent the filling from falling out of the apple.
In a bowl, mix the DiabtiSweet Brown, cinnamon, raisins, walnuts, zest, and butter together. Fill the apples.
Place the apples in a baking dish. Add the juice to the bottom of the dish. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Add water to the apple juice if the pan gets dry.
Serve hot or warm with whipped cream or sugar-free ice cream.
