Lime-Banana Smoothie

Smoothies are a wonderfully refreshing way to start any day, but they're particularly good on a hot and sultry morning.

Juice of 1 lime

1½ cups plain yogurt

1 cup cracked ice

1 banana

1 tablespoon Splenda

½ teaspoon lime zest

Fresh mint for garnish

  • Add all ingredients but the mint to blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into frosty glasses. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint in each smoothie.
