In order to enjoy all the cultural experiences China has to offer, you first need to be able to order tickets to the shows you want to see! The following vocabulary will come in handy in your conversations with people like ticket sellers and fellow audience members.

My wife and I would like to go to the Beijing Opera, do you know where I could buy tickets?
Nǐn kéyǐ zài guójiādàjùyuàn mǎidào piào, Dànshì wǒ néng wèi nǐnmen mǎipiào.
You can buy them at the Grand National Theater. But I can buy them for you.
Zhēnde ma?
Really?

Really.

Great! Do you have tickets for this evening?
