Mango-Nectarine Yogurt Soup
This easy soup makes a great brunch or breakfast dish. Experiment with other types of fruit.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 1½ cups peeled and diced mango, chilled
- 1 cup peeled and diced nectarines, chilled
- 1 cup cold peach nectar
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- Mint sprigs
Combine mango, nectarines, peach nectar, and vanilla yogurt in a blender; pulse until smooth.
Pour into soup mugs; garnish with mint sprigs.
