Mango-Nectarine Yogurt Soup

This easy soup makes a great brunch or breakfast dish. Experiment with other types of fruit.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

  • 1½ cups peeled and diced mango, chilled
  • 1 cup peeled and diced nectarines, chilled
  • 1 cup cold peach nectar
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • Mint sprigs
  1. Combine mango, nectarines, peach nectar, and vanilla yogurt in a blender; pulse until smooth.

  2. Pour into soup mugs; garnish with mint sprigs.
