  • The Tunesmith Songwriting Seminar: Biannual, four-day seminar with hit writers, publishers, musicians, pluggers, and entertainment attorneys. Features include classes, a song contest, publisher critiques, a showcase, and a guitar pull. Entrants receive two written critiques.

  • NSAI Songcamp: A three- to four-day writing intensive program with big time pros like Hugh Prestwood, Angela Kaset, Skip Ewing, and Chuck Cannon in group and one-on-one settings.

  • Barbara Cloyd's Songwriting Workshop: Traveling workshop limited to fifteen participants per event, picked by CD submissions, usually two or three really big publishers there to listen and give advice, run by hit writer Barbara Cloyd; three-day event, cost around $180; the publisher time alone is worth it.
