Rosy Red Cheeks
This drink is excellent for a cold winter evening. Add a few drops of red food coloring for extra holiday color.
Yields about 6 cups
Cooking time: 3–4 hours
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Pot size: 3–5 quarts
1. Combine the cranberry juice, orange juice concentrate, sugar, allspice, and wine in the slow cooker.
2. Cover and heat on a low setting for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Slice the orange and stud the orange slices with the cloves. Half an hour before serving, put the orange slices in the slow cooker.
