Orange Mocha

Serve this rich drink with a twist of orange peel as a garnish. Flame the orange peel briefly to bring out the scent.

8 cups brewed coffee

¼ cup cocoa powder

¾ cup sugar

½ cup orange liqueur

½ cup coffee liqueur

1 cup heavy cream

1. Combine the coffee, cocoa, and sugar in the slow cooker.

2. Cover and heat on a low setting for 2 to 3 hours.

3. Half an hour before serving, stir in the liqueurs.

4. Whip the cream and provide as a garnish for individual servings.
