Taurus and Aries

These two signs go about life in very different ways, but the combination of the two can be exciting. Aries fuels Taurus's fires because of his endearing charm and enthusiasm.

When Aries suggests that they duck into a convenient closet for a quickie, somehow Taurus's reticence disappears because Aries is so naively appealing. This situation is stimulating for Taurus and confirms to Aries that he has the pizzazz he always knew he had. Let's call this a shipboard affair: it lasts for a time and then remains as a fabulous memory.

Taurus and Taurus

Good, passionate, trustworthy, dependable, and utterly comfortable. This is an easy combination for all sorts of connections. Because both people are attuned to their senses, they mirror each other's desire without a lot of unnecessary preliminaries. Two Tauruses are like soft flannel shirts; they get better with age.

If you both get into a rut or feel bored, try wearing edible underwear — and make it a surprise which one of you wears it.

Taurus and Gemini

Taurus and Gemini are fun together, but are not cut from the same cloth. Their elements, earth and air, do not sync up. The mental delight Gemini takes in learning about everything strikes Taurus as busywork that does not leave enough time for sensual play and love. This combo is fine for a one-night thrill but usually lacks staying power. The one point where Gemini and Taurus meet would be all connections with the mouth. Taurus and Cancer

Both these signs are fixed, but in different elements. Taurus will be surprised. Leo will feel she has had contact with a sensual part of her nature that she didn't know about before, and the whole affair will pass away and remain a delightful memory. This is a quick contact, but while the affair is happening, both signs like particular attention paid to the small of the back.

Taurus and Virgo

Earth to earth is a harmonious and easy connection. Virgo, however, being ruled by Mercury, can be too demanding and perfectionistic for laid-back Taurus. Taurus does not react well to specific requests, such as something listed in a sex manual. If Taurus can get Virgo in the mood, then sex will be satisfying, and both signs will share affection and good lovemaking.

This is not an overwhelmingly passionate combination because there is not as much aggression when these signs get together, as with other signs. Taurus and Virgo also both meet in the delights of good, healthy food. Remember those dining rooms with no door handles!

Taurus and Libra

Although the elements of earth and air are usually not an immediate turn-on, these signs share Venus as their ruler and make a good duo. Not only will both lovers have good sexual chemistry, but also they will have many tastes and activities in common. They share a love of romance and enjoy candlelit dinners and long walks on the beach or in the woods.

Sex between Taurus and Libra tends to be discreet. Neither of these signs is interested in exhibitionism or anything extreme. Also, both Taurus and Libra want to have enough time when they get together. A date that is rushed and without preliminaries is not satisfying to either sign.

The best turn-on for both signs is going out somewhere elegant and then retiring to the bedroom. As Libra and Taurus share so many other sensibilities, a Libra man may be happy to have his Taurus lady in the dominant position.

Taurus and Scorpio

This is a very frequent combination as Taurus and Scorpio are opposite signs, and opposites attract. With these two powerhouse and willful signs, there is a lot of sexual chemistry. A Scorpio man's intense desire finds a soothing partner in Taurus's lusty sensuality. Scorpio is a powerhouse sign also and will express his sexuality with great strength and passion.

This combination is not usually satisfying for either the long or short term. Taurus is a fixed sign, and Sagittarius is a mutable sign. The mutable signs are changeable and hard to pin down. Sagittarius is too busy and too freedom-loving to make Taurus feel comfortable.

Taurus and Capricorn

This combination is not so hot. Earth and air are the two elements, and although both signs are fixed, Aquarius is too mental and eccentric for Taurus.
