Clean Slate of Awareness

One of the most wonderful things about life is that every morning you can start a brand new day. Everyone in this world, whether they are successful or not, has the same twenty-four hours in a day. The key to success is how you use them.

It's as if each and every day you are given a second chance to make of your life whatever you want. Each new day you have a clean slate. The past is gone, you are living in the present, and the future is wide open.

Essential

Many people find it difficult to determine what their exact goals are. If you're stuck, create a list of everything you do not want. Then on a parallel column write the exact opposite of each item you had written. By doing this you will be surprised with what you came up with.

The Unwritten Chapter

Imagine yourself reading a book that has been written about your life from the day you were born up to this moment. When you turn the page to read what happens to you an hour from now, you find that the page is blank. In other words, you can put whatever you would like to happen on this new, blank page.

The choice is yours whether tomorrow morning will be just like yesterday or if it will be completely different. In this unwritten chapter you have the opportunity to do or be anything your mind can conceive.

We all have the same opportunities in life. Although everyone's past may have been different, from this moment forward we are all confronting a blank page. Keep in mind that no matter what your goal might be, if someone else has done it, so can you. If someone else has done it, it is possible. By studying that person, then attaining the same knowledge required and following their same steps, logic states that you should also be able to attain their same result.

What will you write in your book? How far will you allow your newfound talents of self-hypnosis to propel you? Remember, everything that you do or don't do in life is a choice. Make a choice to move forward.
