Choices, Choices, Choices

No matter what you decide to do, it always boils down to choices. Being successful or not is a choice, being happy or sad is a choice, and even having a wonderful relationship is a choice.

Making a choice requires taking action, and virtually all of the choices you will be required to make if you decide to progress will require change. Change is inconvenient because it means you will have to do something different than you have been doing. Whatever it is that you decide to do, remember that taking action means to do it now.

Fact

Due to the extreme relaxation benefits of self-hypnosis, each fifteen minutes of hypnosis is similar to receiving approximately four hours of sleep. If you find yourself tired throughout the day without time for a nap, a short fifteen-minute session can greatly rejuvenate you.

Change requires you to shake up your life and go against your natural desires. Remember, it is the nature of the conscious mind to remain the same. It rebels against change, and you must be aware of this rebellion as you attain your goals. Your own conscious mind may try to stop you; however, you are in control at all times. Be persistent with your self-hypnosis so you can bypass this temporary self-sabotaging, and you will be successful.
