21 Days for Change
Through the use of your imagination you can now use self-hypnosis to create positive change in your life. This same program can be used to change virtually any disorder that you desire. Although you may find that the desired change occurs after just one session, keep in mind that in order to maintain that change as a permanent habit you must continue for the entire 21 days.
How to Use the 21-Day Program
The 21-day for change program can be used with any of the self-help topics in this book. Here is how the program works. First you must decide on the topic that you would like to hypnotize yourself for. Then insert your script in your desired template depending on whether you prefer an analytical or non-analytical session.
Utilizing whichever form of self-hypnosis you choose, listen to that session for the first day. Once the specific suggestions are put into your subconscious mind, they will remain there permanently and your desired positive change has been made as long as you were not rebelling against the suggestions.
In order for this change to remain permanent, listen to the follow-up session. Listen to this exact same session each and every day starting with day two and for the remaining 19 days.

During the follow-up session, each day you will be asked to use your imagination and imagine yourself as having already attained your goal. Once you have created the image, it is important to keep the exact same image for each of the 21 days without changing it.
Use It for Other Topics
Once you have completed the 21 days and you have attained your goal, you can then move on to the next topic you would like to be hypnotized for and use the follow-up session with that topic. The 21-day program can be used for any area of self-improvement. Once you have used it for all of your issues, have your spouse try it for her issues.

The interesting thing with this program is that it does not require deep hypnosis or even going into hypnosis at all for it to be successful. All that it requires is that you use your imagination to see yourself as successful in whatever topic you choose. The active ingredient is your imagination.
