Right Thoughts, Speech, and Actions

Everything in life begins with thought. Your thoughts determine your speech as well as your actions. By practicing the art of correct or right thoughts, speech, and actions, you'll find that you will attract much more positive opportunities into your life.

Positive thinking is very important to you. Positive thinking will bring to you positive results. You now practice the art of right thoughts, speech, and actions. The way you do this is by becoming more sensitive and alert to your thoughts on a daily basis.

The average human being has approximately 64,000 thoughts a day, and to take the time to screen each and every one of those is a full-time job in itself. Rather than taking the time to screen each and every thought, you will now become more aware of your feelings.

Your feelings are the gauge of whether your thought processes are positive or negative. If you are feeling negative or down, chances are you are having negative thoughts. Once you realize that you are having negative thoughts, it is the time to begin correcting your thoughts and especially correcting your speech and actions.

Keep in mind that once you begin having negative thoughts, you will voice those negative thoughts and your resulting actions will be negative as well. By constantly correcting your thoughts and speech, you will have positive actions that will in turn result in positive opportunities for you.

In addition to utilizing your feelings to correct your thoughts, you can also utilize a technique known as thought stopping. The way this works is whenever you notice that you are thinking negative thoughts or whenever you hear negative input coming from any outside source, simply say to yourself out loud the word stop. You would then replace the negative input with the correct positive input.

You find that it is easy to keep positive thoughts. Positive thinking is important to you. You enjoy positive thinking because you know it is attracting more positive to you. You realize that it is impossible for positive thoughts to attract negative things. They are two different frequencies.

Whenever you find yourself saying a negative statement, you will change it immediately to a positive one or you will not end it. You will find that each and every day that you are vigilant in monitoring your thought and speech that you will be happier and opportunity will follow you.
