This script is designed to expand your creativity and to enhance what you already have. It is created in two different formats. The first portion should be read onto your recording device so that you may listen to it just as you would any other session. The last paragraph is designed more as an autosuggestion script. When reading this script onto your recording device, pause wherever you see the three consecutive dots long enough to repeat that segment to yourself quietly.

You are a creative person and you will find that each day your creativity will grow more and more. Your mind is much more open and you can easily reach into your subconscious to increase your creativity.

You are constantly open to new ideas and new concepts. You look at everything with a positive attitude, being open-minded. Because you are open-minded, you learn more each and every day. Every day that goes by you have more knowledge than the day before. Ideas flow freely through your mind, and many times you need to stop to take notes because you have so many new and interesting ideas.

You are becoming more and more creative each and every day. You have the ability to retrieve creative ideas and knowledge from your subconscious mind on a constant basis that you have not been able to retrieve before. You are truly becoming the person that you wish to become.

As you hear the following suggestions, repeat them to yourself quietly.

I am constantly improving each and every day … I am creative … I am creating a better and more improved me … Once I have decided the traits and abilities I would like to have … I create those abilities in myself … I am creative … I allow myself to become that person … that person that I know I can be … I have no limitations … I can create, do, or be anything I can imagine … I always think outside the box … my mind is open to all possibilities … I am creative … and my creativity is always improving.
