Macadamia Strawberry–Star Fruit Salad

This fruit salad makes a perfect side for a tropical-themed entrée, such as coconut shrimp.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6

2 cups strawberries, sliced

1 star fruit, sliced

½ cup macadamia nuts, chopped

½ cup mango, diced

½ teaspoon granulated sugar

Toss ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Garnish with a sprinkle of sugar and serve.
