Creamy Fruit Salad
Don't feel like cooking? Serve this salad for a convenient summer meal.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 half section of cantaloupe or other melon
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
Stir yogurt, cinnamon, and honey together in a small bowl until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
Remove seeds from the middle of the melon.
Spoon yogurt mixture into the middle of the cantaloupe. Garnish with blueberries.
