Butterscotch Banana Praline Salad
This super-sweet salad is best served in small portions. Keep leftovers chilled to serve as a small snack the next day.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
2 cups banana, sliced
1 cup pecans, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup butterscotch pudding
Mix bananas and pecans together in a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle lemon juice into bowl and mix.
Gently stir pudding into the bowl. Mix well and serve.
