The Roman Catholic liturgical calendar denotes the Sundays of Advent and Lent, Easter, the Sundays from Easter to Pentecost, and other feasts that are celebrated annually (of course, exact dates change each year). Saints' feast days are listed only for dates not given over to what is known as the “temporal cycle” — the “official” annual celebrations.
What follows is not a liturgical calendar, but rather a calendar listing by month the feast days for the saints you have read about in these pages. Sometimes you'll see two or more saints sharing the same date. This is accurate, but not something you'll find in a liturgical calendar (unless the saints are paired and share a joint feast day, such as Anne and Joachim, Perpetua and Felicitas).
