Raise a Question of Privilege

Is there something that is making members uncomfortable, such as a very warm or very cold room? Is the sound turned off on the microphone and members in the back of the room can't hear? Has an unsafe condition just been noticed? It's time for a question of privilege, which takes precedence over all motions. A member should say, “I rise to a question of privilege concerning the assembly.” The chair will ask what the question is, and the member should say, “It's too cold,” or whatever the situation is, and then sit down. The chair will rule on the question.
