Call for the Orders of the Day
Is there a specific time that a matter must be taken up? Perhaps it's the night for elections. If there is an order of the day, a member should rise and call for the orders of the day. That way, something important is not left to wait and wait and wait and perhaps not be taken care of before members start to drift out the door because it's late and the meeting gets adjourned.
Call for the orders of the day needs a second and is debatable.
