Lone Star Steakhouse Steak Sauce

The sauce you use is just as important to a good restaurant steak as the way you cook it.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 CUP

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 drops hot pepper sauce
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 minced small clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in the pan.

  3. Cook for 10–15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
