Lone Star Steakhouse Steak Sauce
The sauce you use is just as important to a good restaurant steak as the way you cook it.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 CUP
- ½ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 minced small clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt, to taste
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
Cook for 10–15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
