What Is Gnocchi?
Gnocchi is an Italian dumpling. Most gnocchi are potato based, but they can be made from all sorts of flours. Gnocchi are eaten as entrées or used as alternatives to pasta in soups. They are widely available dried, frozen, or fresh in vacuum-sealed packages in supermarkets and specialty stores.
