Sugar is used in this popular cocktail from Tommy Bahama.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1

• 2 parts Tommy Bahama White Sand Rum
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
• Juice of 1 lime
• Crushed ice
• Dash of sparkling soda
• 1 bunch fresh mint

1. Mix the rum, sugar, and lime juice in a shaker. Add ice.

2. Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.

3. Add sparkling soda.

4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
