Tommy Bahama Blue Hawaiian
The Blue Hawaiian is a tropical cocktail made of rum, pineapple juice, blue Curacao, sweet and sour mix, and sometimes vodka.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
- 1 part (1 shot) Tommy Bahama White Sand Rum
- 1 part Blue Curacao
- 2 parts pineapple juice
- 1 part coconut cream
- Crushed ice
- Pineapple slice, for garnish
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Pour rum, Blue Curacao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream into a blender with a scoop of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
