Boston Market Creamed Spinach
This is a great side dish—even people who hate spinach love this recipe.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
- 2 (10-ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (10-ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small diced onion
Cook the spinach in the microwave on high for 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
In a saucepan on medium heat, stir together the soup, flour, butter, garlic salt, salt, and pepper until smooth and hot (about 5 minutes).
Add the spinach and onion and heat for 5–7 minutes.
