Outback Steakhouse Key Lime Pie
This sweet and tangy no-bake pie is best served topped with Cool Whip.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 PIE Crust
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Filling
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 package unflavored gelatin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1 cup condensed milk
To prepare the crust, melt the butter in a pan. Mix in the crumbs. Press into a 9″ pie pan.
To prepare the filling, heat the water, sugar, gelatin, salt, and lime juice in a pot. Add the condensed milk and heat for 5–7 minutes without boiling.
Pour the filling into the crust and let the pie cool. Cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
