Johnny Carino's Italian Nachos

With this recipe, Carino's created a tasty change from the traditional Mexican nachos.

  • 1 (6-ounce) package grilled chicken pieces
  • 2 diced Roma tomatoes

  5. Bake for about 6 minutes, or until lightly brown. Remove from oven and place on paper towels to drain.

  6. Pile the wontons on a large serving platter and drizzle them with Alfredo sauce.

  7. Add pork, grilled chicken, tomatoes, olives, and peppers to the wontons. Top with mozzarella.
