Joe's Crab Shack Crab Nachos

What do you get when you combine crispy, salty chips with seafood? You get some amazingly delicious nachos.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 3–4

  • 16 baked tortilla chips
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of chopped imitation crabmeat
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  1. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  2. In a bowl, combine the crab, sour cream, mayonnaise, and onion. Spoon about 1 tablespoon onto each chip.

  3. Sprinkle cheese, olives, and paprika on top of the chips.

  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
