Joe's Crab Shack Crab Nachos
What do you get when you combine crispy, salty chips with seafood? You get some amazingly delicious nachos.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 3–4
- 16 baked tortilla chips
- 1 (8-ounce) package of chopped imitation crabmeat
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine the crab, sour cream, mayonnaise, and onion. Spoon about 1 tablespoon onto each chip.
Sprinkle cheese, olives, and paprika on top of the chips.
Bake in a 350°F oven for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
