Chi Chi's Seafood Nachos

If you love seafood, this recipe is a must have. This modified nacho recipe is a healthier alternative to the traditionally greasy morsels. Serve them up as a tasty appetizer, a light snack, or even an exciting lunch.


  • 16 large tortilla chips
  • 1 (8-ounce) package Louis Kemp Crab Delights
  • 1 (8-ounce) package Louis Kemp Lobster Delights
  • 1 (8-ounce) thawed frozen package salad shrimp
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  1. Spread tortilla chips on a 10″ plate.

  2. Layer the crab, lobster, and shrimp over the chips.

  3. Sprinkle the cheese on top.

  4. Microwave on medium until melted, 1½–2½ minutes.
